Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification. ha33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to comply with verification requirements. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your account at the time of withdrawal request and may be updated based on your VIP tier.
